As the Equal Opportunity and Title IX Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with equal opportunity and non-discrimination laws and regulations. Reporting directly to the Equal Opportunity Compliance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Intake and management of all reports associated with prohibited conduct, such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and sexual misconduct
• Providing initial response to reports, coordinating requests for supportive measures and reasonable accommodations
• Maintaining effective communication with parties and witnesses throughout the complaint resolution process
• Contributing to education efforts, including bias education and support
• Assisting in monitoring and evaluating compliance with equal opportunity laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
• Serving as a designee in the absence of the Equal Opportunity Compliance Coordinator/Title IX Coordinator
• Ensuring the University's programs, activities, employment practices, and contracting arrangements uphold equal opportunity principles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Demonstrated experience in equal opportunity, Title IX, or related areas
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills

This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190.
