General Counsel
Indiana State University is seeking an attorney to serve as the University’s in-house legal counsel and to advise all administrators, faculty, and staff, as necessary, on all matters having legal implications for the University. This position reports to the President of the University, acts as his or her advisor in all matters of a legal nature, and represents the University’s interests.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and evidence of bar membership. Candidates must have at least 5 years of civil law experience, with higher education experience highly preferred.
