General Counsel Roundtables

Friday, June 19 from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. ET

Sponsored by Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP

Open only to members who serve as the in-house chief legal officer for their institution.
To be eligible to attend a Roundtable session, you must serve a member institution as the lead in-house attorney. Unfortunately, outside counsel and other attorneys in the General Counsel’s Office (e.g., Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel) or on campus are not eligible to attend.

Please join us for a unique opportunity to benefit from the knowledge, insights, and experiences of peers. Using an informal, virtual format, leaders will guide discussions related to current campus legal issues and trends, with a special emphasis on issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible participants will have ample opportunity to exchange ideas, share challenges and successes, and ask questions in groups of 20-25.

POSSIBLE TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Planning for the fall semester
  • Responding to COVID-related litigation
  • Decision-making in times of crisis
  • Implementing the recently released Title IX regulations
  • Responding to demands of tuition and other refunds
  • Donating equipment and space to aid in response efforts
  • The year in review: lessons learned and shared
