Reservation Deadline: Reservations, changes and cancellations can be made until Friday, May 24, 2019. Between Saturday, May 25, 2019 - Tuesday, June 4, 2019 you will not be able to change or cancel an existing reservation. As of Wednesday June 5, 2019 please contact your hotel directly to make changes or to cancel your reservation. Reservations must be cancelled three business days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Waitlist: If you would like to book an extended stay at any conference hotel, you may be placed on a waitlist for days falling outside of NACUA’s room block (June 21-26, 2019). This does not affect the portion of your reservation made under NACUA’s room block, which is guaranteed immediately after checkout.
