Similar to the NACUA Annual Conference and Workshops, Continuing Legal Education credits are available for those who participate live in a NACUA webinar.
Am I eligible to receive CLE credit in my state for participating in the webinar?
NACUA will apply to the MCLE accrediting body of every state with the following exceptions:
- The New York Approved Jurisdiction policy may apply to this program. New York attorneys may apply CLE credit from one of the approved jurisdiction states towards their NY CLE requirement. For more information and to review the policy, please visit New York's Approved Jurisdiction List and Policy.
- If you are seeking CLE credit from Ohio, you must complete question #4 on the webinar survey. If you did not complete question #4, please complete the survey using this link.
- Kansas and Pennsylvania do not approve NACUA's webinars.
Note: Based on the current environment, NACUA is following up with the above states to request their flexibility during this time. Please check back here for updates.
- NACUA does not apply for CLE Credit for post-event recordings. However, you may be eligible to apply directly to your state bar.
- NACUA cannot guarantee CLE credit for self-study with post-event recordings, in applicable states, after the 1-year anniversary of the original live Webinar.
I would like NACUA to apply on my behalf for CLE Credit. How do I do this?
Attorneys interested in having NACUA apply for their CLE credit must complete the Attendance Record and for certain states, the Certificate of Attendance, which are included in the materials. Please return the Attendance Record and, if applicable, the Certificate of Attendance to NACUA (clecredit@nacua.org). Depending on the state's rules, NACUA will process your credit with the MCLE record-keeping authority in the state(s) you provided.
I would like to self-report my CLE credits online. What do I do?
Attorneys in some states can self report their CLE credits online with their MCLE record-keeping authority. Once the Attendance Records and Certificates of Attendance are received, NACUA will email attendees the course number and total credits approved for the webinar.
