Attorneys interested in having NACUA apply for their CLE credit must complete the Attendance Record and for certain states, the Certificate of Attendance and Verification Codes. All forms are available in the workshop portal and in NACUA’s Online Learning Center.

Please return the Attendance Record and, if applicable, the Certificate of Attendance and Verification Codes, to NACUA (cleworkshops@nacua.org). Depending on the state's rules, NACUA will process your credit with the MCLE record-keeping authority in the state(s) you provided.

If you are seeking CLE credit in Kansas, New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, please include the verification codes that were announced and displayed during the program on the verification codes form.

If you are seeking CLE credit from Ohio or Pennsylvania, you must complete a workshop evaluation.

If you are requesting credit in more than one state you must fill out one form per state.
