Megan P. Norris is the Senior Principal and Managing Director with the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. in Detroit, Michigan and is chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group.  Ms. Norris has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America; Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Labor & Employment; International Who’s Who Legal; LawDragon 500, New Stars, New Worlds; and Michigan Super Lawyers (Labor & Employment and Top 50 Women Lawyers).  She frequently speaks nationally on the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act for organizations such as the National Employment Law Institute and the National Association for College and University Attorneys.  Ms. Norris is a past president of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association and a past member of the Council for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.  She currently serves on the Labor Advisory Board for the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Advisory Board for the National Employment Law Institute.  Ms. Norris is a trustee emeritus and former President of the Alumni Association for Wesleyan University.

Lili Palacios-Baldwin is the Associate General Counsel at Tufts University. She began her career at Robinson & Cole LLP where she practiced in the areas of land use, real estate, and labor and employment law, following co-ops with the Massachusetts Land Court, Equal Rights Advocates, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc. Ms. Palacios-Baldwin later served as a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she practiced for almost ten years. While with the EEOC, she litigated individual and class cases within the federal courts, conducted training and public presentations, and worked with federal investigators on both enforcement and litigation matters throughout New England, New York, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.  Upon leaving the EEOC, Ms. Palacios-Baldwin continued her law practice with the firm of Hirsch Roberts Weinstein LLP, a Boston boutique labor, employment and litigation firm. Ms. Palacios-Baldwin is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and Northeastern University School of Law.  She is active in a number of community and professional associations and is a former co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s College and University Section.
