Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a 23-member Board of Directors consisting of 4 Officers – the Chair and Chair-Elect who serve one-year terms, the Secretary and Treasurer who serve three-year terms; the immediate Past Chair who serves a one-year term and 18 Members-at-Large who serve 3-year terms and are elected annually in groups of six with terms of service for each group ending in successive years.

Committees

Active member participation allows the Association to better respond to member needs and continue to successfully implement its programs and services. The Call for Volunteers is sent in early April and members are encouraged to volunteer.  We do not offer travel reimbursement but the majority of our committees (with the exception of the Committee on Nominations and Elections) meet by conference call so travel should not be an impediment to committee service.   If you are interested in serving on a committee, contact Ashley Hodak Sullivan.
