Danielle Uy has served as an attorney at Saint Louis University since 2008 and was named as Vice President, General Counsel and University Secretary effective October 1, 2021. Her areas of responsibility include litigation management, employment law, labor relations, faculty affairs, immigration, regulatory compliance, student affairs, athletics and Title IX.
Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Danielle served as a law clerk to the Hon. Jean C. Hamilton, U.S. District Court, E.D., Missouri, and worked as an associate in the business litigation group at Thompson Coburn, LLP. Danielle is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (B.S. 1997) and Washington University School of Law (J.D. 2000). As a NACUA member, Danielle has served on the following committees: Membership and Member Services, Web Page Legal Resources, Continuing Legal Education, and the Committee on Strategic Planning.
Danielle is currently serving as a member of the Committee on Program for Annual Conference.
