The University of Florida is seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Title IX Coordinator, overseeing enterprise-wide compliance with Title IX.

In this director-level role, you’ll report to the Chief Compliance, Ethics, and Privacy Officer, leading policy development, educational programs, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant environment for our university community.

📌 Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Expertise in Title IX compliance, investigations, and policy implementation

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), PhD, or EdD in a related field
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
• Experience leading Title IX programs in higher education
