Omar Beshir joined NACUA as the Technical Support Coordinator in February 2024. Omar serves as primary contact for desktop support for all internal incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. He also works directly with the Director of Technology Services and NACUA’s external technology partners to resolve issues pertaining to network connectivity and application access.
Prior to joining NACUA, Omar served as a Service Desk Analyst at an IT consulting company where he provided technical support to organizations such as Verizon and Bluegreen Vacations.
