Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join the Education Team. The position is available in North Carolina, with a strong preference in Raleigh. This role will focus on providing high quality legal and consulting services to higher educational institutions in North Carolina and nationwide in a variety of areas such as Title IX, faculty employment, student and academic affairs, and athletics. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of general litigation experience with a focus on Higher Education or 3 to 6 years of experience advising higher educational institutions in the identified areas. Higher Education experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have a strong desire to learn and specialize in our Higher Education practice area.

Candidates must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as excellent academic credentials. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina or have the ability to become immediately licensed.
